Cheeky New Products From Chosungah 22: So Tiny Lip & Cheek, C&T Blend Fresh Mix Liquid Foundation and Bounce Up Pact Powder Foundation - Makeup and Beauty Blog
Hi, everyone! It'southward time for some other K-beauty suspension with a new make available at Sephora. Chosungah 22, a beauty line by Korean makeup artist Sungah Cho, is based on the chief that makeup is a platform for play and cocky-expression. The packaging is ordinarily brightly colored with lots of polka dots and plenty of bold graphics.
Now, I am one of the biggest suckers when it comes to crawly packaging…simply I'm happy to report that these products aren't all fluff!
Here are some swell things the brand has to offer…
These cute little bottles are the And then Tiny Lip & Cheek Face Colors ($xiv each at Sephora), and they are, indeed, tiny! They're long-lasting lip and cheek colors that dry down without any tacky residue. The matte, dry out texture means that you'll probably want to mix them with a lotion or gloss to brand them easier to apply on your lips.
My favorite colors were Peach, Orangish, and Majestic because they brightened my complexion without emphasizing the redness that always seems to marker my cheeks. I honey the large range of shades (10 in total) that create very different, beautiful looks. I as well love that I can apply these well with only my fingers.
"Oohhhhhhh!!!!" (my initial swatch reaction)
The C&T Blend Fresh Mix Liquid Foundation ($38 for 1oz) is a full-coverage hydrating foundation with an SPF30 physical sunscreen.
I have a dear-hate relationship with some of the face products because they'll have awesome congenital-in sunscreens but also contain some sensitizing ingredients (like fragrance, etc.) toward the bottom of the ingredient list. In this case, there are too many essential oils, which prevents me from using it every day on my sensitive acne-prone peel.
As yous can meet, the finish is Actually lovely, and I love wearing information technology on the weekends with some blush and mascara.
The sponge topper blends the foundation quite amazingly over large areas of the confront. There are four shades in all, and 02 Ivory works well to "brighten" my face. For reference, I'm an NC25/30 in MAC.
On the opposite end of the spectrum is the Bounce Up Pact Pulverisation Foundation ($36 for 0.39oz). This one promises to be mattifying and budge-proof with its powder-liquid hybrid formula (think Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blushes). The texture is completely weightless and perfect for anyone with a little oil. Again, there are only four shades available, and you lot're looking at the darkest one…which isn't really dark at all! I can probably get away with using this color when I have a summer tan.
I'k in love with this compact for my on-the-become makeup bag. It'southward perfect for touch-ups, actually! In that location'south no gamble of making a mess, and you tin have instant coverage without a setting powder. That's a win-win-win.
I'll have more Chosungah 22 products to share with y'all guys soon, so stay tuned!
Until next fourth dimension,
Anna
